The Tiagra Hyper Stand-Up is a premium big-game rod range for stand-up trolling and live-baiting, built for tournament anglers and charter crews targeting tuna, marlin, and other pelagics. The slim, exceptionally light blank features twist-reducing technology that keeps the fighting curve true and stable, making long battles more controlled and less tiring.

Constructed from Full Carbon with HPC (High Pressure Carbon) and Nanosheet, the blank offers higher torsional resistance and a straighter load path, especially when fish sound deep. Components are selected for reliability at sea: AFTCO roller guides ensure smooth line flow, a carbon butt with Pac Bay Channel Lock aluminium reel seat secures the reel, and a Winn Grip front handle maintains traction when wet. The 30 lb model uses a straight butt; the 50 lb and 80 lb models come with a bent butt.
